If PC's in your cyfrScreens Remote Access console are unreachable and/or show a red icon most agent connectivity issues can be mitigated by using the agents health check tool.
If you do not have physical access to the PC you are trying to remote into, please ask someone who does to located and run the tool located here:
C:\Program files (x86)\Agent installed folder\BIN\Agent_ Troubleshtooting_tool.exe
If the tool cannot be navigated too, using the PC's file search for "Agent_Troubleshooting_tool.exe" to find it.
Executing this tool "as Administrator" should fix most issues with the agent.
As a last resort, if the PC is still not accessible via the cyfrScreens console please make sure that any other remote access programs are removed. Once removed, reboot. Also, check any network device WiFI/Routers/Modems that you may have onsite of the PC's internal network for possible rules it may have blocking outbound related traffic.
