Below are the top three actions your you can take which in most cases will resolve you issues.
- If you have any trouble with the app at all, first make sure your smartphone's OS and the Bria App is completely up to date. If not, update your phone and reboot.
- If you have any registration or call issues, check to see if your smartphone is using a WiFI connection. If so, toggle it off so your phone is using your data plan via cellular towers and see if this resolves your issue. If you find that when on your WiFI, the issue resides within your Wireless Access Point device and in most cases it can be configured to be much more friendly to VoIP communications. Open a ticket if this is your case and we can assist you.
- You're not receiving calls? Make sure you have "push servers" enabled in your configuration to run its test by pressing the test push notification action button. Also, if you're using Androids power saving modes, make sure to exclude Bria from being shut down by these features. Much more detail is available within the downloadable manuals.
